4. Read the Nasha Shkola Mission and Vision and Vision:
   • Mission: Nasha Shkola aspires to be a multi-cultural charter school committed to exceptional education in all areas of academic inquiry with an emphasis on Russian Language and Culture, providing structured and responsive learning environment based upon educational best practices for all students and their families.
   • Vision: To be an academically rigorous school preparing students for continued success as motivated learners and global citizens.
5. New Business
   Authorize the officials of Nasha Shkola Charter School to serve as designated signers for the school:
   • Authorize the officials of Nasha Shkola Charter School, Executive Director Yelena Hardcopf and Board Chair Mark Eilers, to serve as designated signers for Nasha Shkola Charter School and to sign official documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments on behalf of the school.
   • Authorize signing privileges at Choice Bank for Nasha Shkola Executive Director Yelena Hardcopf and Board Chair Mark Eilers.
   • Authorize Financial Officer Lisa Hasledalen to approve payrolls, obtain statements, and perform wire transfers at Choice Bank for Nasha Shkola on an as-needed basis
