3. Read the Nasha Shkola Mission and Vision
   Vision: To be an academically rigorous school preparing students for continued success as motivated learners and global citizens.
   Mission: Nasha Shkola aspires to be a multi-cultural charter school committed to exceptional education in all areas of academic inquiry with an emphasis on Russian Language and Culture, providing structured and responsive learning environment based upon educational best practices for all students and their families.

   1. Executive Director report
      1. School update
         • Enrollment: The current enrollment is 136 students.
         • Operations:
         • COVID: We had one positive case of COVID. The school closed on Monday, November 8th; we will make up that day by having school on Wednesday, November 24th.
         • Employment/staff update: We are still looking for a Kindergarten teacher, SPED para, and a general education para.

           • As of October 31, 2021 has received a total of $448,100 which is 30% of its current budgeted amount.
           • As of October 31, 2021 has expended $444,766 which is 30% of its current budgeted expense.

           • As of October 31, 2021 the school received a total of $9,874 which is 25% of its current budgeted amount.
           • The school expended $12,792 which is 33% of its current budgeted expense.
           • Nasha Shkola Charter School ended October 2021 with a current fiscal year to date deficit balance of $2,918.

7. Old Business
   1. NS Health & Safety Plan – monthly follow up
      • We had one positive case of COVID. About 40 students were identified as “high-risk.” Those students needed to either take a COVID test or be at home until Monday, November 15th.
      • Monday, November 8th was a no-school day for the purpose of needing more time to collect test results from students and staff. All staff took a COVID test as a precaution and to identify any additional positive cases.
      • We are not making any new changes to the Health & Safety Plan.
   2. Lease 22-23 – monthly follow up
      • We are continuing to look for a new building in the northern metro region.
8. New Business
   1. Annual Report 20-21
      • The Annual Report will be ready by December 1st.
      • The Board will vote on the Annual Report during the next board meeting.
