    Mission: Nasha Shkola aspires to be a multi-cultural charter school committed to exceptional education in all areas of academic inquiry with an emphasis on Russian Language and Culture, providing structured and responsive learning environment based upon educational best practices for all students and their families.
    Vision: To be an academically rigorous school preparing students for continued success as motivated learners and global citizens.

    1. Financial Report: December 2025
      • Fund 01
        • As of December 31, 2025 the school has received in Fund 01 a total of $915,987 of current Fiscal Year State, Federal, and Local revenues which is 50% of its current budgeted amount.
        • As of December 31, 2025 the school has expended in Fund 01 $828,002 which is 47% of its current budgeted expense.
        • Nasha Shkola Charter School ended December 2025 with a current fiscal year to date Fund 01 positive balance (revenues received less expenditures incurred) of $87,986.
      • Fund 02
        • As of December 31, 2025 the school has received in Fund 02 a total of $57,360 of current Fiscal Year State, Federal, and Local revenues which is 48% of its current budgeted amount.
        • As of December 31, 2025 the school has expended in Fund 02 $61,482 which is 51% of its current budgeted expense.
        • Nasha Shkola Charter School ended December 2025 with a current fiscal year to date Fund 02 deficit balance (revenues received less expenditures incurred) of ($4,121).
      • Fund 04
        • As of December 31, 2025 the school has received in Fund 04 a total of $1,387 of current Fiscal Year State, Federal, and Local revenues which is 97% of its current budgeted amount.
        • As of December 31, 2025 the school has expended in Fund 04 $1,040 which is 73% of its current budgeted expense.
        • Nasha Shkola Charter School ended December 2025 with a current fiscal year to date Fund 04 positive balance (revenues received less expenditures incurred) of $347.
      • General notes:
        • Nasha Shkola Charter School had a total cash balance of $476,517 at the end of December 2025 reflected across all funds.
        • Nasha Shkola Charter School had a balance of ($1,436) in accounts receivable at December 31, 2025.
        • There was a balance of $24,705 in current liabilities for general accounts payable and payroll liabilities at December 31, 2025.
        • The Adopted Budget is based on 125 ADM/pupil units.
        • State aid is being paid on 139.4 ADM and 142.6 Pupil Units.
        • Current ADM is at 146/149 PU.
        • Revised budget is based on 140 ADM.
    2. Executive Director report
      • ICE impact on school operations: attendance and enrollment
      • Enrollment update: 1 middle school student has enrolled in a different school and 2 students are to be enrolled in homeschool for the next month.
      • Staffing update: 2 teachers are on Paidl Leave for one month, and 1 more teacher is planning to take up to 12 weeks through PFML.
      • The last day of Quarter 2 is Friday, January 23rd.
      • ACCESS testing will begin in February.
      • The Winter Benchmarking will be finished by the end of January.

    3. ICE activity: school attendance and instructional options
      The school board will process the absences as excused under the “family emergency” reason through January 27.
      After 15 consecutive missed school days, student(s) will be unenrolled based on MN state law.
      The school will remain in-person and does not have the capacity to provide Distance or online learning.
