   Vision: To be an academically rigorous school preparing students for continued success as motivated learners and global citizens.
   Mission: Nasha Shkola aspires to be a multi-cultural charter school committed to exceptional education in all areas of academic inquiry with an emphasis on Russian Language and Culture, providing structured and responsive learning environment based upon educational best practices for all students and their families.

      1. Enrollments
         • 115 students
         • Lost 5 in last two weeks especially to PACT Charter
         • Distance learners want to join in person
         • Inquiries in kindergarten
         • Up to 15 students allowed in each class, but we have elected to remain at half-capacity for safety and less restrictive model
         • Need additional staff to increase number of students
      2. Operations
         • No students or staff diagnosed so far
         • 5 students have been quarantined for exposure
         • Adopted more restrictive mask policy to improve safety
         • Cleaning and sanitizing
         • Cold lunches
         • Bottle filling stations
         • Outdoor classes during appropriate weather

         • Fund 01 = $322,210 received = 22% of budget
           $270,233 expended = 18% of budget
           Balance = $51,977
         • Fund 02 (Food Service) = $1,287 received = 2% of budget
           $6,554 expended = 12% of budget
           Balance = ($5,267).
      2. Emergency Funding
         • Fund 154, $32,651 received
         • Must be spent by December 31
         • PPE, bottle-filling stations, technology, storage, and other covid-related costs
