   Mission: Nasha Shkola aspires to be a multi-cultural charter school committed to exceptional education in all areas of academic inquiry with an emphasis on Russian Language and Culture, providing structured and responsive learning environment based upon educational best practices for all students and their families.
   Vision: To be an academically rigorous school preparing students for continued success as motivated learners and global citizens.

         • Current enrollment: 96 students
         • School operations: vendor contracts are being negotiated
         • Academics: the MCAs for grades 3 – 8 and the Russian Language Olympiada for grades 6-8 are completed.
         • The “Intent to Return” survey has been completed.
      2. Financial Report – March 2023
         • Fund 1: As of April 30, 2023 the school has received in Fund 01 a total of $1,440,645 of current Fiscal Year State, Federal, and Local revenues which is 86% of its current budgeted amount. As of April 30, 2023 the school has expended in Fund 01 $1,465,948 which is 77% of its current budgeted expense. Nasha Shkola Charter School ended April 2023 with a current fiscal year to date Fund 01 deficit balance (revenues received less expenditures incurred) of ($25,303).
         • Fund 2: As of April 30, 2023 the school has received in Fund 02 a total of $16,956 of current Fiscal Year State, Federal, and Local revenues which is 25% of its current budgeted amount. As of April 30, 2023 the school has expended in Fund 02 $41,880 which is 63% of its current budgeted expense. Nasha Shkola Charter School ended April 2023 with a current fiscal year to date Fund 02 deficit balance (revenues received less expenditures incurred) of ($24,924). (Received $7,560 in May for March and April brings the deficit to $17,364.)
         • Financial statement overview: Nasha Shkola had a total cash balance of $459,433 at the end of April 2023 reflected across all funds. Nasha Shkola Charter School had a balance of $5,474 in accounts receivable at April 30, 2023. There was a balance of $52,387 in current liabilities for general accounts payable and payroll liabilities at April 30, 2023.
