   Mission: Nasha Shkola aspires to be a multi-cultural charter school committed to exceptional education in all areas of academic inquiry with an emphasis on Russian Language and Culture, providing structured and responsive learning environment based upon educational best practices for all students and their families.

      1. Monthly Finance Report – February 2021
         • Fund 01 = $908,670 received = 62% of budget
           $869,572 expended = 59% of budget
           Balance = $39,098 .
         • Fund 02 (Food Service) = $14,320 received = 26% of budget
           $23,728 expended = 43% of budget
           Balance = ($9408).
           Total cash balance = $312,515Discrepancy in Fund 02 is being investigated and will be resolved with commodity reimbursement.
           Some money will be held back in the fall due to the difference between expected budget of 120 and actual count of 107.
           Money from the fund balance will cover the difference, but the balance will not drop below 14%.

         Science is a high-demand area; shortage of teachers

         Space difficulties with two classes
      3. Enrollment projections and budget planning
         Many families returning
         Planning for 120
         Expected rebound from covid drop

      Prep week reduced to one
      Start before labor day to end earlier
