Purpose of the Meeting: discuss and obtain legal advice regarding possible litigation concerning the school’s lease with St. Margaret Mary

Summary of closed session:
The board has authorized the administration to move forward with the repairs to the building to prepare for the upcoming school year. The board is aware of the risks as was discussed with counsel in moving forward with the repairs and has voted unanimously to proceed. The landlord has defaulted on the lease agreement.
School calendar change: Nasha Shkola will be moving the school start date from Monday, August 29th, 2022 to Tuesday, September 6th, 2022. The last day of school will be changed from Friday, June 2nd, 2023 to Thursday, June 8th, 2023.
