About Amanda & Kindergarten
Hello! I’m Mrs. Rohde and I am so excited to be your kindergarten teacher this year! We are going to have tons of fun and learn a lot. My favorite things about kindergarten are reading centers, math games, and art projects. We will read, write, make new friends, and go on field trips. Kindergarten will be fun, but it will also be hard work. Are you ready for a great year?
This will be my seventh year teaching and my fourth year teaching at Nasha Shkola. I live in Mound with my husband, Nate, and boxer dog, Bailey. We love spending lots of time on Lake Minnetonka water-skiing, paddle boarding, boating, and fishing.
What I love about Nasha…
I love Nasha Shkola because it is a small school which has developed a strong community. I love that the small school and class sizes allow me to get to know students throughout the school, not only in my grade. I also think it is a huge advantage that students attending Nasha Shkola will learn both English and Russian.
